Hello there, we are Obento, a small Japanese food restaurant in Arcata. We currently operate out of The Depot on the Cal Poly Humboldt campus, and are opening a new storefront in Northtown Arcata in September! We are a small business that appreciates a calm and clean work environment. We are looking to staff our new spot, as well as fill a few potions on campus. Manager A
Hours:10:30-3:00
Days: Sun-fri
Duties: You will be managing the morning to lunch portion of the day. You will be responsible for inventory, upkeep of quality, employee dispute management, as well as running the register as front of house. Looking for someone who has experience leading a crew, as well as a great attitude towards customer service. You will be a co manager, so must communicate well with the other half.
Manager B
Hours: 4:30-9:30
Days: Sun- fri

Sushi A
Hours 8:00-3:30
Days: sun-fri
Duties: This position will be primarily prepping rolls for opening, and keeping up with orders placed during service. Experience preferred.
Sushi B
Hours 4:30-8:30
Days: sun-fri
Duties: This position will be more focused on keeping up with orders placed during service, some prep. Experience preferred
Sushi prep
Hours: 7:00-12:30
Days: sun-fri
Duties: This position will be cutting raw fish for daily use, chopping vegetables and making rice.

Depot dish/ FOH
Hours: 11-3
Days: mon-fri
Duties: This position is mostly dish, with an hour or two of cooking on the line. You will assist in making chicken sandwiches during the rush, then be on dish until close. Experience preferred.
Depot FOH
Hours: 11-3
Days: mon-fri
Duties: This position will be working on the line, making bowls to order. You will be working on a deep fryer, as well as assembling bowls. Must be able to work well with others in a narrow environment.
