We are a specialized wound care company based in Fresno, California, providing advanced wound management services across the entire state. We are currently seeking a Wound Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding team and provide services in Crescent City and the greater Humboldt County area. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-directed clinician with a strong background in wound management and a passion for patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide comprehensive wound care services in a variety of clinical settings (skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, etc.)
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
Perform wound debridement, dressing changes, and other wound management procedures
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted California NP or PA license
Wound certification (WCC, CWCN, or equivalent) required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Reliable transportation for regional travel
