Full time position available as a transfer station attendant. We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals, who enjoy working with the public and strive to provide excellent customer service.
Duties: Assist customers with off loading of solid waste and recycling for disposal. Perform load checks and direct customers to appropriate disposal locations. Clean and maintain tip floor. Prepare recyclable materials for transportation to market.
Hours: Wednesday - Sunday 8:45am - 5:15pm;
Qualifications: Must be friendly, professional, trust worthy and have strong verbal communication skills. Self motivated and able to work independently in the performance of routine duties. Job includes pushing, pulling, lifting heavy objects. Must be available to work weekends. Previous customer service experience a plus.
