We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team member to join our team in a combined role focusing on both housekeeping and member services. This part-time position (10-12 hours/week) offers weekends as the primary work schedule and may include evenings and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping:
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment throughout the facility, including locker rooms, saunas, restrooms, training areas, and building exterior.
- Stock housekeeping supplies and organize fitness equipment.
- Secure the building at closing time by locking doors/windows and setting alarms.
- Complete specific tasks outlined on housekeeping checklists.
- Communicate problems or suggestions to your supervisor in a timely manner.
- Be familiar with HealthSPORT offers and services to respond to members and guest inquiries accurately.
Member Services:
- Greet members and guests by name with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone inquiries within 3 rings and provide accurate information about HealthSPORT's programs and activities.
- Assist with front desk tasks such as managing point-of-sale transactions and scheduling activities/lessons.
- Be prepared to answer member questions and troubleshoot minor program issues under supervisor guidance.

- Ability to use a computer and/or smartphone to access your work schedule, clock-in/clock-out, follow through checklists, and reply in a timely manner to work related emails and/or messages. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, twist, squat, push, pull, climb, perform repetitive hand and/or foot action, and must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Able to maintain current CPR/AED certification.
