Our Company is looking for motivated high energy individuals to work in general construction for house remodeling and apartment remodeling. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE in painting, general handyman trade, or construction trade required. Should know how to paint, hang drywall, mud, spray texture, plumbing and electrical for remodeling, framing, cement work, brick work, and yard work. A willingness to learn is mandatory.
Must be legal to work in the US and have valid DL. Will require reliable transportation as job requires different job sites daily. Properties are located in Riverside and San Bernadino Mountains, Orange County. Hours are 730 to 430 Monday through Friday. Looking for reliable, honest, team players for a fast moving remodeling company.
We remodel home interiors, paint interior and exteriors, remodel bathrooms and kitchens, replace wood flooring, laminate and tile flooring. We also renovate landscaping, fencing, roofing, plumbing, and electrical. We already have specialty vendors we work with and are looking for construction labor to assist with projects.
Must be mechanical, neat, organized, and have a good memory, should be able to work independently.
Must be able and willing to do manual labor. Standing, sitting, digging, working outdoors are common depending on the project.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and how to use them properly and safely.
Working closely with foreman to keep the job on track and implement
quality control.
Required that individual have some construction tools such as hammer, screw drivers, and some power tools.
About our company, we are a real estate investment company currently purchasing homes to renovate in Riverside County and Orange County. We have been in business for over 30 years and have a crew of about 10 people that is family run. We would like team players to welcome to our company. Job is full time or part time.
