Mobile Home Park, located in Hemet, CA is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to handle the repair maintenance and preventative maintenance of the park.
Duties include:
Performing general maintenance in units and around the common areas;
Maintaining and cleaning the common areas;
Scheduling and overseeing outside vendors;
Quickly turning units at tenant move-out;
Troubleshooting onsite problems;
Electrical, plumbing, painting, basic carpentry etc.
Position Details:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- $18/Hour
Candidates must also:
- Be able to read, write and speak English (Bi-lingual preferred)
- Pass a Drug/Background screening
- Possess strong communication/customer services skills.
- Possess a valid driver license
- Possess valid proof of insurance
