The Stitching Operator with Bindery Experience will be responsible for
operating stitching machines and performing various bindery tasks to ensure the
production of high-quality finished products.
Qualifications:
-Detail Oriented
-Strong Mechanical Skills
-Exp with various bindery equipment, including cutters, folders, and trimmers.
-Highschool Diploma
-Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
-Ability to read and interpret job tickets, work orders and production specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate stitching machines to produce finished products according to specifications.
-Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on stitching and bindery equipment.
-Set up and adjust machinery for various production runs.
-Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
-Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and achieve productivity goals.
-Handle and prepare materials for stitching and binding processes.
-Maintain and clean and organized work area.
-Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
