Now hiring picking specialist
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited too
Picking and palletizing materials based on work order pick list instructions with a pallet jack or forklift, as needed
Report any damages or defects not in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to supervisor / quality team.
Communicate effectively with each department on the material allocation accuracy.
Material allocation must be completed in timely manner to prevent production delays.
Ensure materials allocation is accurate to prevent cross contamination or using incorrect materials.
Ensure materials allocation quantity is accurate to prevent any production issues, missed deadlines, etc.
Practice FEFO (First Expired First Out) when allocating materials
Partner with the Disposition department to resolve discrepancies / issues with materials
Exhibit courtesy, patience, and technical competency when working directly with customers.
Provide technical training and guidance to other employees when necessary.
Make continuous improvement in the execution of all tasks described above.
Understand Project Coordinator process to facilitate materials allocation duty.
Must be able to work with and understand our ERP (IQMS) system to allocate materials.
Starting pay $18 or DOE
Hours 2:00 pm- 10:30 pm
