Warehouse Maintenance & Support Member
Location: Murrieta, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours per week)
Schedule: 4-day work week — Monday through Thursday

Position Overview
The Warehouse Maintenance & Stocking Support Worker is responsible for ensuring the warehouse remains organized, clean, well-stocked, and operating safely. This role supports day-to-day production, assembly, and shipping activities by managing materials, maintaining equipment and workspaces, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and able to support multiple warehouse functions as part of a small-team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stocking & Inventory Support
Wrapping Pallets
Receive, sort, and store incoming materials and supplies
Restock parts, components, and product inventory as needed for production and assembly teams
Maintain accurate stock counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Pull materials and prepare kits for assembly or production tasks
Organize and label shelves, bins, and inventory locations for efficient workflow
Picking up product & dropping of shipments
Warehouse Maintenance
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Perform basic facility upkeep, including sweeping, trash removal, and minor cleaning tasks
Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure proper functioning and safety
Assist with minor repairs or equipment adjustments using basic tools
Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to supervisors
General Warehouse Support
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments
Support receiving operations by unloading, sorting, and staging incoming materials
Operate pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts
Move materials throughout the warehouse to support assembly, shipping, and production teams
Cross-train and assist in various warehouse roles as needed within a small-team environment
Qualifications
Previous warehouse and maintenance experience at least 2 years
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Basic tool knowledge (hand tools, simple repairs)
Forklift experience and ability to utilize pallet jacks
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team
Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
Willingness to rotate tasks and support multiple departments
Clean Driving Record
