We are looking to hire a few motivated individuals who want steady work at our established insurance agency in Corona, CA. Up to $1,000 in monthly bonuses on top of $20 / hour paid to top performers.
Applicant must speak very clearly & possess good grammar skills in both English & Spanish.
This is the starting point in our local insurance agency & the sky is the limit as to how far you'd like to grow your career. Income for current staff ranges from $35,000 (part-time) to $137,000 (full-time).
Staff Assistants make daily outbound calls, texts & emails to current & potential new clients.
Must understand all modern electronics and have excellent phone/communication skills and computer proficiency (Word/Excel/Email, etc.).
Strong organizational skills, excel at staying on track, maintain focus in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment, and be able to multitask and handle multiple projects at once.
Works well with others, has a positive attitude, and is coachable.
Motivated to learn and progress to higher-level positions within our company.
