HR Responsibilities:
Process new hires and verify onboarding packets
Create and update employee records: assignments, pay/bill rates, terminations
Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company and state policies
Administer health and welfare plans: enrollments, changes, and terminations
Process required documents for HR and insurance providers
Safety Responsibilities:
Conduct accident investigations and generate reports
Perform safety inspections and assist with OSHA 300 reporting
Participate in Safety Committee meetings
Assist with corrective actions and provide disciplinary recommendations
Support Safety Inspector and WC Risk Control Manager by identifying hazards
Conduct monthly safety training sessions
Review safety reports from company MPN
