The Law Offices of Christian Schank & Associates, APC seeks a full-time sales assistant.
Job responsibilities include: Assisting the sales team answering calls, new intakes, taking payments, following up on past leads and general office administrative work. Occasionally dealing with high stress and/or emergency situations with potential clients.
Qualifications: Must be able to articulate and able to learn new tasks at a fast pace. Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines. Must have basic fundamental computer skills, typing skills, clear and concise verbal communication skills, and proficient writing skills including spelling and grammatical. A preference that they have some experience with basic law office policies and duty of confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
