Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Solar Appointment Setter to join our growing team! Your primary role will be to generate interest in solar energy solutions and schedule appointments for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand the benefits of solar energy and setting the stage for a successful consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Engagement:

Reach out to homeowners via door-to-door visits.

Identify customer interest in solar energy solutions by asking qualifying questions.

Appointment Scheduling:

Set qualified appointments for the solar sales team.

Maintain an organized schedule and follow up on appointments to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.

Customer Education:

Provide potential customers with general information about solar energy and its benefits.

Answer initial questions and address objections professionally.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Report daily and weekly progress to the management team.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are well-prepared and successful.

Share customer feedback and insights with the team to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.

Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle objections and overcome rejection.

Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Other Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Willingness to learn about solar energy and renewable technologies.

Reliable transportation for in-person roles.
