Description Looking for a Paralegal to join one of our clients based in Irvine, CA! Great opportunity to work with a wonderful firm that focuses on servicing and bettering our communities. Responsibilities: Handle motion work including the preparation of memorandum and appendix of exhibits Manage e-filing of legal documents in both state and federal courts Maintain a legal calendar and reserve hearing dates for various cases Draft motions and exhibits, ensuring accuracy and completeness Demonstrate familiarity with motions but no drafting from scratch is requiredRequirements Proficiency in drafting motions and preparing exhibits. Experience with e-Filing in various legal databases. Ability to manage and maintain a complex calendar. Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in a legal setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
