Education & Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of business enabling software such as SAP, Oracle, and MES are highly desired.

Experience in pharmaceutical operations/cGMP environment highly desirable

2+ years of relevant experience in related field and a BS or BA; or 1+ year of relevant experience and a MS. Demonstrated high aptitude for working with technical details and data applications required.

Team player, with the ability to work well with people at various levels local and global.

Extremely detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, and the ability to consistently achieve high levels of accuracy within a dynamic environment.

Strong communication skills, written, verbal, & interpersonal skills are a must.

Ability to multi-task effectively & work independently.

Strong delivery skills, ability to work in a complex environment and an ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Description:Position Summary:This will be an individual contributor in the area of master data and business technology solutions by partnering with site leads to deliver various milestones. Will serve as a team representative for cross-functional data preparation, cleanup, and setup support.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Executes local master data management processes in line with a global master data governance model. Gain an understanding of our La Verne data and the enabling technologies supporting supply chain, single source of data, commercial manufacturing, integrated applications, and integrated business processes. Root cause analysis on master data inconsistencies/errors, with the ability to implement solutions. Executes local master data management processes in line with a global master data governance model. Partners with global master data team to ensure local requirements, processes, and input are considered and incorporated into the implementation of business technology solutions. Will provide training and guidance to other Supply Chain personnel Monitor and complete tasks to ensure the deadlines are met. Create and drive completion of Master Data requests in SAP. Create /Revise BOM’s, Production Versions, Resources, and other site master data attributes in SAP to support new and ongoing production. Create/Revise Paper checklists and drive DCC’s to completion in G-Vault to support new and ongoing production. Monitor and complete change control tasks to ensure the deadlines are met. Works on non-routine problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors. With guidance exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. May provide training and guidance to other Supply Chain personnel. Partners with global master data team to ensure local requirements, processes, and input are considered and incorporated into the implementation of business technology solutions. Executes local master data management processes in line with a global master data governance model. Adhere to La Verne Master Data Management Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
