Uphold the Fairmont Breakers values and mission statement while performing positional responsibilitiesAdhere to company policy and procedures, as stated in the company HandbookConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceProvide the highest quality service to all guests at all times, by instilling the company philosophy.Participate actively in the resolution of guest concerns.Take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations for menu listed products.Use appropriate upselling techniques. Clear, clean, reset and maintain restaurant tables during shift.Assist other Servers in offering the highest level of service.Understand the processes of delivery and removal of all product and equipment.Handle all guest checks according to Hotel policy.Maintain pars and equipment as needed to successfully accomplish all restaurant service tasks.Completion of side work as assigned by Manager.Engage and genuinely interact with guests while anticipating their needsExplain food and beverage items in detail to our guestsFollow all hotel standards, LQA standards, and Forbes 5 Stars standards while conducting self-audits to ensure 100% compliance on all interactions with guests.Complete any necessary opening and closing paperwork and side work duties as requiredWork well with others as a teamPrepare food and beverage as per guidelinesFollow cash handling policies and proceduresAssist in filling in at other F&B areas and/or outlets as neededPerform other related duties as assignedDisplay a congenial appearance and is well groomed at all times.Assist guests in a friendly, professional and polite manner.Maintain regular and predictable attendanceFollow directions from Manager at all times.Other duties as assigned
