We are looking for someone with property management experience (mobile home park, apt building) to work closely with owners and help manage our quaint mobile home park.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-be on-site during office hours (M-F 9-11a/1-4p and the first Sat. of the month 9a-1p)
-be available and on call after hours for emergencies, etc.
-collect rent, maintain logs and records, communicate with Tenants, deliver notices, follow up with Tenants & contractors, enforce Rules and Regs, address complaints, show vacancies, promote positive tenant relations
-maintain grounds/common areas (light gardening and watering), over-see tenants moving RV's in and out (space awareness), over-see outside contractors
maintain the office, a small laundry, & 2 restrooms (light cleaning)
-possibly do minor repairs/painting - depending on your skill set
Characteristics we are looking for:
-the ability to be active (i.e. walk, bend, stand, lift)
-honest, reliable, self-starter that can work independently and multi-task, prioritize
-strong organization skills, attention to detail, observant, good follow-through
-good communication skills (written & verbal), good people skills, sound judgment
-able to keep surroundings clean & tidy, doesn't mind getting hands dirty
-good work ethic, integrity, time management, and positive can-do attitude
Must be able to pass a background screening and substance abuse test.
Valid Driver's License or ID
