Currently hiring a property management couple. The ideal situation is one person working from home and the other with outside employment/income, as this position only provides the apartment as compensation. Duties include but not limited to: Showing vacancies, following up with maintenance team, collecting rents, making bank deposits, handling certain forms and schedules, communicating via phone/text/email with main office and staff, taking photos for emailing staff, preparing leases, performing move-ins and move outs, etc.
Skills: Basic Excel, Word, email and internet. Experience with Appfolio property management software a plus.
