We are a Young Contemporary Women's Clothing Wholesale Company located near Downtown Los Angeles in the Fashion District. We are looking for a friendly and capable candidate to join our Customer Service Dept.
Previous experience not required, we are willing to train.
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Job Description:
- Answering calls and emails from customers
- Maintaining customer accounts
- Processing and following up with customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Must be able to type 45 WPM and have basic computer knowledge (PC)
- Must be friendly and have good phone manners
- Must be able to speak and write in a professional manner
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
