This position is vital for advancing the CG team, evolving CG assets, and maintaining a strategic roadmap for 3D models and digital content creation. The Director will support the growth of the CG team, overseeing the development and integration of innovative solutions into the Lexus.com digital ecosystem. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring the consistent delivery of CG assets, and maintaining existing models while aligning with long-term digital content goals.The Account Director will provide thought leadership in the CG space, collaborating with both internal teams and clients to drive industry-leading digital content solutions. The Account Director will manage multiple projects within a robust program simultaneously, addressing challenges with a proactive approach and leveraging your expertise in CG and web development to clearly communicate and collaborate across cross-functional departments. The Director will build strong client relationships, delivering solutions that support Lexus’s leadership in digital and CG spaces. They will also ensure that CG initiatives are aligned with consumer needs and platform requirements, contributing to Lexus's success across digital channels.This role requires CG expertise, web knowledge, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to manage both current and future digital asset needs. The Director plays a key role in articulating the agency's perspective on solutions, developing and selling through new ideas, while aligning to our digital team’s values and goals. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, driving the growth of the CG team and maintaining model consistency and quality across both ongoing projects and long-term initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively support and uphold digital team goals of delivering quality, acting transparently and driving innovation.

Provide leadership, support and supervision to digital account team. Motivate, mentor, coach and support junior team members, as a co-director of the full team. This includes fostering team health, collaboration and planning for growth.

Develop strong relationships built on trust, respect, and authenticity. Consistently provide clear communication and create space for open and direct dialogues and sharing of ideas with the business.

Partner with production to lead cross-functional teams (technology, creative/XD, delivery, analytics, strategy, etc.) to achieve client’s goals on web development and CG asset generation projects. Includes developing program plans and strategic recommendations related to Lexus’ digital ecosystem, while driving organic growth.

Responsible for ongoing fiscal solvency on in-scope and out-of-scope work and supporting annual scope planning.

Actively contribute to the creation of learning/onboarding materials, provide trainings, and identify and support enrichment programs and opportunities for team advancement and growth.

Create clarity around client expectations and objectives early in all work, communicate throughout, navigate tough conversations adeptly, and ensure the clients’ perspective and goals are represented in project execution.

Partner with other Account teams to ensure strategic alignment & proper integration of marketing efforts across channels.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in managing strategic client relationships

Automotive category experience a plus, but not required

CG Asset Generation and/or web development experience preferred, but not required

Proven ability to manage large and complex digital projects

Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology preferred, but not required

Experience partnering with technical, creative, and strategy experts to achieve results on large web projects

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree is requiredLEADERSHIP ABILITIES:

Ability to work autonomously and/or lead at least 2 junior-level account team members, including training, coaching and inspiring them toward successful outcomes.

Ability to lead clients as strategic advisor and partner, fostering appetite for, and approval of, game-changing programs and ideas. Build strong and open relationships based on trust and clear communication.

Inspire others by sharing industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital and CG to the broader team

Ability to inspire, make decisions, and direct cross-functional teams to the best outcome on any given project.

Ability to articulate and sell-through new project opportunities, and ability to merchandize project success effectively to clients and future partners.

This person must be highly organized, with a charismatic and adaptable communication style.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
