This essential role involves assisting the contract manager with critical tasks including contract examination, contract negotiation procedures, and handling of Commercial Contracts. If you come with a background in contract review, risk assessment, title review, coupled with incredible organizational skills, then this opportunity could be an ideal fit for you. The successful candidate will also demonstrate proficiency in creating and editing legal documents, due diligence, title & survey review, and coordination of closings.
