DescriptionUnder theguidance of the Department Chair and senior leadership, you will oversee HRinitiatives for the Department of Radiological Sciences, encompassing faculty,residents and fellows, academic leaders and numerous employees from variousdepartments across multiple locations in the LA County area.Primaryresponsibilities include developing and administering HR programs, recruitment,onboarding, compensation, training, compliance, employee relations andmaintaining compliance with UC policies and accreditation standards.Additionally,the role involves financial administration related to salaries and payroll,supporting professional development, maintaining compliance with employmentlaws, and overseeing education programs for medical students, residents andfellows.
