Provides leadership, guidance, and direction for day-to-day program operations and administrative activities, including the authority to make independent decisions regarding program operations, administration, and governance. Leads and/or contributes to the short-term and long-term strategic planning, design, development and implementation of program objectives, processes, and standards. May supervise staff as it relates to the overall management of the program.Note: A program is an ongoing organizational initiative with defined objectives and scope, but without a defined end or completion date.

Create, lead, and manage high-impact employee engagement initiatives such as Healthcare Heroes Week, Leaders and Lattes, and organization-wide townhalls. Ensure these programs align with the organization’s goals and improve the overall employee experience, connection, and happiness.

Plan, implement, and lead all aspects of various employee events, including standing ovations, raffles, and behind-the-scenes initiatives. Ensure meticulous attention to detail and seamless execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support events that foster engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Apply technical knowledge and tools such as Power Automate and SharePoint to support program operations. Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency and employee engagement.

Work with internal and external partners, including executives, department leaders, and service teams, to provide guidance, resolve issues, and enhance program success. Lead the Employee Events Collaborative to improve coordination across the organization.
