IMPLEMENTATION QUALITY ASSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE I - TREASURY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONSWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Position is responsible for reviewing the setup of business clients on various Treasury Management systems and providing a variety of daily support functions related to the findings of that review. Responsibilities generally include, but are not limited to, researching, reporting and resolving issues uncovered during the quality check process, ensuring the products or services meet the established standards of quality. Ensuring operational integrity of accounts and processes are consistent with Bank policies and procedures and legal/regulatory requirements. Performs other duties as requested.What you will do
Provides a variety of daily support functions which generally includes, review of account/client setups on applicable systems, the reporting of errors to management and the communications of errors to the various colleagues within the Operations unit.
Ensures operational integrity of accounts and processes
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
Complies fully with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community
Must-Have
H.S. Diploma
Minimum 2 years Treasury experience
Minimum 3 years banking experience
Minimum 1 year basic computer experience required (e.g MS Word, Excel)
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to perform functional duties and related positions with minimal supervision.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of TM personnel.
Proficient in the use of network and PC based software applications.
Good attention to detail

CompensationStarting base salary: $20.28 - $30.42 per hour.
