Seeking Personal Assistant
I am hiring for an entry-level assistant role, ideal for a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable professional. Successful candidates will have the opportunity for permanent hire after completing a probationary period. This position provides excellent formal and hands-on experience for candidates seeking careers in administrative support, personal assistance, or executive assistant roles.
The qualified candidate must be able to follow instructions with precision while managing multiple tasks. After completing initial training, schedule flexibility may be available based on demonstrated planning, time-management skills, and consistent completion of daily assignments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus. If you are proactive, driven and can find innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy, that is also a plus.
Position Overview:
The Personal Assistant will ensure smooth operations and coordination of daily, weekly, and monthly routine tasks, reporting directly to me.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and calendar management
Accurate record-keeping and documentation
Project management including housekeeping, household inventory check and cooking
Professional written communication
Budget tracking and financial organization
Email management and targeted online research
Office administration and creative project support
Inventory management and workspace organization
Mail and Amazon returns
Running errands as needed
Operating laptops, printers, and smartphones
Learning new software and applications with a positive attitude
Supporting organizational and creative initiatives
Requirements:
Part-time position: 18.5 hours per week
High school diploma with minimum 3.5 GPA
Valid driver's license required
Must be willing to undergo background check in accordance with local laws/regulations
Three professional or personal references required
Location:
Los Angeles Metropolitan Area in Koreatown
