Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with third party traceability and risk monitoring services or leading internal traceability programs.
Experience applying environmental and social responsibility standards and practices, and auditing large industrial facilities to assess and monitor compliance.
Experience with social audit programs and supplier code of conduct assessments (eg. RBA VAPs, SMETA, etc).
Excellent leadership and program management skills with the ability to communicate and deliver change across the organization.
As a Minerals and Human Rights Compliance Regulatory Reporting Lead, you will play a critical role in advancing our Responsible Minerals Program strategy, executing key initiatives across Alphabet and Google, and managing conflict minerals, anti-modern slavery, and human rights compliance and regulatory reporting obligations. You will work with a cross-functional set of stakeholders across Alphabet, including teams embedded in product areas responsible for operationalizing supplier responsibility and responsible minerals program efforts. You demonstrate a multidisciplinary skillset, program and project management experience, excellent business acumen, and a passion for ethics and integrity.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Manage and drive alignment of Alphabet’s Supplier Code of Conduct Site Assessment Program requirements across multiple cross-functional teams, including remediation strategies.
Lead the Supplier Responsibility Program’s traceability efforts, including partnering with product areas responsible for supply chain tracing.
Develop due diligence process for identifying and addressing red flags utilizing supply chain tracing data.
Work with Product Area and Functional teams to align on prioritization, influence roadmaps and strategic plans, and evaluate compliance requirements necessary for supply chain tracing and site assessment execution.
Oversee traceability and site assessment programs, including process leadership, program review, and gap analysis. Manage escalations from supplier code of conduct assessments.
