A high-quality bakery in Sierra Madre is urgently seeking an experienced Pastry Cook / Baker to join our team.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual, specifically one with proven experience in laminated pastries and bread making. If you have a passion for baking, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply!

FOH counter position - a hard working, responsible and fast worker with good attention to detail to serve bakery/cafe customers.

Full or Part-time options available

Experience Level: Mid to Senior level (2 to 5 years of experience)

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a pastry cook or baker in a professional setting.

Demonstrable expertise in laminated pastry production (e.g., croissants, danishes, puff pastry).

Early morning availability is a must.

Exceptional attention to detail to ensure consistent product quality and presentation.

Ability to work independently and unsupervised, managing time and tasks effectively.

A professional attitude and a commitment to maintaining a positive kitchen environment.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities May Include

Preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of pastries, with a focus on lamination.

Following recipes accurately and efficiently to maintain quality standards.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.

Managing inventory for necessary ingredients and supplies.

Working collaboratively with kitchen staff during busy production times.
