Zinqué is a successful French Cuisine Restaurant and Bar that started in LA with locations in Venice Beach, Newport Beach, DTLA, West Hollywood, Century City, San Diego

We are looking for an experienced NIGHTIME Kitchen Supervisor for our Century City Location. This position requires experience with high volume food and beverage operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader in the kitchen. Someone who is fast, consistent, able to follow recipes, and has good knife skills. You must be passionate about guest service/hospitality, have a positive and professional attitude and a proven track record of success.

Please only apply if you have relevant work experience and the following attributes:

- A minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in a non-corporate as well as corporate chain restaurant.

- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks concurrently.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Health Department rules and regulations. ServSafe certification preferred.

- Must have the ability to work varied and flexible hours. Available on weekends

- Must have the ability to comply and implement all Standard Operating Procedures.

- Experienced placing orders, counting inventory, scheduling, hiring, training and continued coaching and development

- Bilingual is a plus
