Le Coupé is looking for a skilled, reliable Line Cook to join our tight-knit, high-standards team. We are a scratch kitchen, known for our award-winning fried chicken, fresh ingredients, and a fast-paced, chef-driven environment. If you thrive in a kitchen that values precision, teamwork, and consistency — this is for you.
You must have:
Experience frying chicken and working a fast-paced hot line
Scratch kitchen experience (we prepare everything in-house)
Strong knife skills (chicken, herbs, etc. you will be required to use knives)
Ability to read, understand, and execute recipes with accuracy
A commitment to fresh, never frozen food standards
English-speaking skills to communicate with the team and leadership is a must
Reliability — you show up prepared and on time
Desire to grow with the company as we expand
Schedule:
Afternoons/ Evenings - 2:00pm- 9:00pm/ 0:00pm (flexible)
