Chubby Cattle Canoga Park is looking for a dependable, motivated Sushi Line/Chef to join. As an integral part of our service staff, you’ll help ensure a high quality, clean, efficient, and welcoming dining experience for every guest.
Wage: $18.00 - $26.00 /Hour (estimated; based on experience and business needs)
Qualifications
Experienced working at Sushi Line
Knowledge of fish cutting, sushi rice preparation, and traditional sushi techniques
Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to consistency and food presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
California Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain upon hire) required
