We are seeking a confident, detail oriented, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our well respected specialty group which specializes in the fitting of artificial eyes.
Your main tasks will include;
Check-in and Check-out patients.
Answer Phones and Schedule Appointments.
Verify insurance coverage.
Collect information related to their visit.
Collect co-pays.
Other daily tasks to support the front office.
Assist Authorizations Coodinator.
Other related duties.
You should be good with mathematics, have attention to detail, and possess basic knowledge of HMO's, PPO's, authorizations, and the dynamics of a medical practice.
Previous experience with Electronic Health Records is also helpful, but we will train to use our program.
Bilingual in Spanish is required. You must have good keyboard skills, and speak proper English.
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM. One hour lunch period.Employer pays salary based on 8 hours per day while there are actually 7.5 working hours each day. Benefits include Health Insurance, 401K, Paid Sick and Vacation time. Paid Parking.
