Savoy Active is a rapidly growing e-commerce company based in Culver City. We’re looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Admin / Shipping Staff member to help with daily online order processing, picking, packing, and shipping, as well as basic admin tasks.
This is a staff role and is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with computers and physical products. Knowledge of Amazon and Walmart platforms is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Process daily online orders from our e-commerce platforms
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment (boxing, labeling, checking accuracy)
Prepare shipping labels and coordinate pickups with carriers (UPS, USPS, etc.)
Help keep inventory organized and report low stock
Update and maintain spreadsheets in Excel / Google Sheets
Assist with basic price checks and simple feasibility/margin analysis
Light admin tasks related to e-commerce operations
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce, warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment preferred
Familiarity with Amazon and Walmart platforms (Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center) is a strong plus
Comfortable using a computer and working with Excel / Google Sheets
Able to lift and move boxes as needed for picking and packing
Organized, accurate, and dependable
Clear communication and good follow-through
Schedule & Pay:
Part-time: 5 hours per day (around 25 hours per week)
Competitive hourly pay
