Arbib and Sons Construction Inc is a boutique General Contractor that specializes in Structural Concrete, Hillside Foundations and New Construction Projects.
We are a dynamic small team that is seeking a new Handyman / Runner position.
Duties include:
⁃Driving to the job sites to ensure all contractors and supplies have arrived and are working.
⁃Communicating with our team in regards to the project status.
⁃Loading materials from different supply houses and unloading at the job sites.
⁃Handy Man Labor/ General Labor: Project clean up, ensuring the job is clean and safe. Demolition work, digging work, any trade work you are familiar with (paint, drywall, electrical, plumbing, etc).
⁃A company truck can be provided, or your own truck. Will be discussed in the interview.
Requirements:
⁃Valid California Drivers License
⁃Basic Construction Experience is required. Experience in any type of labor is required, not management.
⁃English and Spanish speakers are a plus!
⁃Must have a vehicle. Having your own truck is a plus!
Job will be a 40 hour a week full time position. Starting at $22.50 an hour. Depending on experience, and if you have a truck, salary can be higher!
