Well established Property Management Company seeking a full-time skilled Maintenance Technician for a 400+ unit scattered sites property in Los Angeles, California. Must have plumbing expertise, can turn a unit, and own hand tools.
Position will be full time, and on call during off hours for emergencies.
Responsibilities
· Responds to work orders including following up with residents and management as needed.
· Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs & batteries, painting, plumbing, repairs as needed.
· Perform annual and other unit inspections.
· Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm. generators)
Skills
· Experience using hand and electrical tools for building repairs.
· Prepping, painting, plumbing, carpentry and basic repairs making units rent ready.
· Ability to read, write, and communicate with staff and residents.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate will be expected to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have valid driver license

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
