Seeking a reliable, responsible, and capable person to perform general maintenance and upkeep to multiple properties. Properties include small to medium residential apartments and small commercial types as well as vacant lot and private residence. Work responsibilities would include basic gardening, janitorial/cleaning of indoor and outdoor spaces, and other potential needs as they arise with basic repairs and/or other common labor tasks as needed.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and also be legally allowed to work in the state of California. Undocumented persons will not be considered. This job has the potential for up to 40 hours a week, and not expected to be less than 20 hours a week.
Will provide for gas in addition to hourly pay to accommodate for use of personal vehicle at an appropriate level for miles driven related to this work. A vehicle for use during work hours may possibly be provided for the right candidate.
Properties are mostly clustered in the Fairfax / West Hollywood / Beverly Hills / Pico Robertson area with occasional work in K-Town area. Position is marked as part time however it is possible for this to evolve into a consistent full time opportunity.
