Robot Programmer / Technician
Location: South Gate, CA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (5:00 AM start time)
Pay Range: $20.00–$28.00 per hour (DOE)
About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Robot Programmer/Technician to support and enhance our robotic automation cells used in foundry operations. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work and technical programming.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, operate, and maintain robotic automation cells.
Create and modify fixtures, tooling, and setups to support production.
Troubleshoot robotic and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on robotic systems.
Support production by operating robotic cells as needed.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Robot Programmer or Robotics Technician required.
Experience with robotic systems used in manufacturing or foundry environments preferred.
Ability to read and write basic robot programs and perform troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical aptitude; able to work with tools, fixtures, and mechanical components.
Ability to work 10-hour shifts and perform hands-on tasks in a production environment.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
