EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
At least 5 years of experience in the position as a field project manager. (No office work)
Be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Have great communication and organizational skills.
Have negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Be able to adjust to change without compromising the project's outcomes.
Our New Project Manager will be in charge of:
General management and supervision of projects (mostly ADU, renovation and new construction)
Communication with customers
Jobsite/material handling.
Estimates and new customer handling.
And all related to the management of projects in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
