Looking for an Experienced Individual with good handyman, craftsman skills for Long Term Employment to maintain properties ; do vacancy repairs for a Real Estate Management/Construction Company.
Must have minimum 5 years hands on experience for trades such as: Tiling, Drywall, Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, Stucco and others
Individuals with Multiple Trade Experiences such as Tiling, Drywall, Plumbing, Framing, Stucco along with other trades are plus and are required for apartment maintenance and Rehab/ Construction work.
Must have valid Drivers License, Own tools, and reliable Transportation.
No Criminal or Drug History or DUI please.
Should be Pleasant, Bond-able, Reliable, Stable, Clean Work Habits,Trustworthy and Dependable.
Must be able to communicate and work with others.
Bilingual with English/Spanish helpful, Most work will be in South bay, Long Beach areas.
