Warehouse & Event Fabrication Assistant (with Project Support)
Location: [Burbank, CA]
Pay: $18 to 22 per hour)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, [9am to 6pm]
We are an event design and fabrication company looking for a motivated Warehouse & Event Fabrication Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and assist with project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
Pull, pack, palletize, and prepare event assets for shipping
Receive, unload, and organize materials and fabricated components
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, layout, and inventory accuracy
Load and unload trucks; operate pallet jacks and basic material-handling equipment
Support fabrication team with assembly, painting, sanding, and general shop tasks
Woodworking experience is a plus

Project Management Support
Assist in tracking project materials, deadlines, and progress
Help prepare job packets, labels, and staging areas for upcoming builds
Communicate with team leads to ensure correct assets are pulled for each job
Update basic spreadsheets or project boards (training provided)
Coordinate asset returns and restocking after events
Requirements:
Experience in warehouse, production, event, or fabrication environments preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, project boards, email)
Comfortable working with hand tools and learning new fabrication techniques
Reliable, punctual, and able to work under deadlines
Forklift experience a plus (not required)
