This position involves a combination of office receptionist duties and project administrative support.
Office Responsibilities:
Answer phones / Deliver messages
Process mail
Check / distribute emails
Filing (job files, accounts payable, receipts, etc.)
Help maintain office supplies / cleaning
Help maintain / service office equipment
Information tracking (certifications, equipment, etc.)
Support office manager as needed
Project Support:
Work Requests / Quotes / Notifications
Information tracking (job status, contents inventories, etc.)
Scheduling / Job Board assistance
Create & maintain job files & field folders
Assist with job coordination / scheduling
Subcontractor correspondence & tracking
Client correspondence
Support the project managers, supervisors & field team as necessary
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaker required
Excellent people skills
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Computer proficient
Ability to be a team player
