Administrative & Creative Assistant (Part-Time)

House of AN — the family behind Crustacean Beverly Hills, AnQi Bistro, Crustacean San Francisco, and Tiato — is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven, and creatively inclined Administrative & Creative Assistant to support our executive leadership team.

This is a part-time, in-person position (2–3 days per week, 8–10 hours per day) with the opportunity to grow into a long-term salaried role within the company. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate with warmth and professionalism, and love the balance of administrative structure with occasional creative tasks, this role may be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Administrative Support

Managing, organizing, and responding to emails; compiling clear and concise daily email summaries and action-item reports

Acting as a liaison between the Chief of Staff, CEO, and various House of AN restaurant brands

Coordinating follow-ups, tracking ongoing projects, and ensuring deadlines are met

Maintaining organized filing systems and digital documents

Planning, scheduling, and assisting with internal communications

Handling both professional and personal support tasks with discretion and reliability

Running company and personal errands as needed (mileage reimbursed)

Creative & Visual Support

Assisting with light graphic design tasks

Creating or updating assets in Canva and Adobe InDesign as needed in support of our Graphics Assistant

Collaborating with the Chief of Staff on creative requests when needed

Operations & Logistics

Occasional trips to our Orange County location — reliable transportation is a must (mileage reimbursed)

Supporting onsite operations at Crustacean Beverly Hills and the executive home office

Managing high-volume workloads and shifting priorities with grace

Maintaining a calm, solution-oriented presence under pressure

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has:

3–5+ years of administrative experience (hospitality experience a plus, but not required)

STRONG communication skills — both written and verbal

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

The ability to multitask and prioritize quickly

A warm, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal awareness

Proven follow-up skills and the ability to see tasks through from inception to completion

Comfort working in a high-paced, high-expectation environment

A proactive mindset and willingness to anticipate needs before they’re asked

Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times

A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel within LA and Orange County

Basic graphic design abilities (Canva + Adobe InDesign) a plus

Availability for flexible scheduling Thursday–Sunday, with responsiveness to occasional quick questions on off days

Compensation & Perks
