Victory Auto Body & Paint in Burbank is seeking an office receptionist and customer service representative. We are seeking someone with experience working in a collision center and insurance claims.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and assisting guests and insurance company staff
-Signing in customers during repair drop off and signing them out during pickup
-Vehicle intake and repair order creation
-Taking pictures of cars for estimating and file creation
-Creating and editing PDF and word documents
Minimal training to be provided, that is why it is essential to have auto repair shop experience.
