Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Transcribe and distribute messages accurately
Email customers, Customer Service, Filing, Data Entry
File and maintain records, both physical and electronic
Assist with various clerical tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Computer literacy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team Player
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
8 hour shift
