The building is a 1920's brick building on Kenmore Avenue, just south of Beverly Blvd. Kenmore is probably the prettiest street in all of Koreatown. Laundry on site. Secured Entry. Original old Los Angeles charm.
The building is a 30-unit building with all studio apartments.
I need someone who is a homebody, who will be at the building most of the day. Not looking for someone with a full time job that keeps them away from the building. I would consider a team of spouses, so long as someone is around the building for most of the day. You should be handy, and want to solve most basic tenant problems yourself. If anyone would describe you as lazy or disorganized, this is probably not the position for you.
The job involves fielding tenant concerns, handling tenant repair requests, coordinating vendors, cleaning the common areas on a regular schedule, collecting rents, being available for inspections and other various standard resident manager duties.
I am looking for an organized and tidy people person. Someone tenants will like but always respect.
