Property Manager/ Leasing Assistant (Los Angeles)
Compensation: $20+ per hour
Employment Type: Part Time
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
A STRONG BACKGROUND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT
MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
FAMILIARITY WITH AIRBNB
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with “marketing”
Drafting leases, conducting background checks
Assisting with delinquent tenants
Drafting Memos and/ or making phone calls to Tenants related to lease issues and preventative maintenance scheduling, delinquencies
Other duties include office support
