We are looking for a part time Property Manager to manage tenants in our multi-family and commercial property in Compton
Must meet at the property 2 times a week 2 hours each time for example 11to 1 Tuesday and Saturday
hours are felxable
Family owned small real estate management company seeks person to help with leasing units collecting rents and meeting with tenants and handymen
Responsibilities/job duties
Perform other property management tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
$50 per Hour to start Plus Rental bonuses to start
Minimum 2-3 years of Property Management experience
Must have experience leasing and marketing via online portals (Craigslist, Apartments, Zillow etc)
Must have valid Drivers License and current Car Insurance
