Job Description:

As an Assistant Sales Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and driving growth by connecting top talent with casting opportunities. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will manage a team of sales representatives, guide them in achieving their targets, and ensure an excellent experience for our clients. This is an in-person role based in our Los Angeles office.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day sales operations.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed their sales goals.

Handle inbound and warm leads; no cold calling required.

Monitor and analyze team performance, implementing strategies to improve sales effectiveness.

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Contribute to the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven phone sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Previous experience in a sales management or assistant management role preferred.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
