This role involves working closely with casting directors, brands, and those hiring talent for various projects. As a Casting Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting existing relationships and establishing new connections within the industry.
You will also collaborate with our marketing and talent support teams to ensure that the right talents receive casting invitations. Your responsibilities will include sending out email and SMS blasts to talents in our directory that match specific casting requirements, coordinating casting calls, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, brands, and clients hiring talent.
Coordinate casting invitations and send targeted email and SMS blasts to talents.
Work closely with the marketing and talent support teams to align casting opportunities with talent profiles.
Assist in managing casting schedules, follow-ups, and client communications.
Ensure a smooth and efficient casting process from start to finish.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in casting, talent management, or related fields is a plus.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in email and SMS marketing tools.
Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work on location in Hollywood.
