Entry Level Second Assistant for Hilarious Celebrity

Our incredibly hilarious and accomplished client is looking for a great assistant who has a sense of urgency, thick skin, deep sense of organization and ability to prioritize. You will work from her home, on the road for touring and filming as needed, as well as your own home. The schedule will start as Thursday-Monday, 8:30am-4:30pm with two extra hours of OT, though it could shift to less weekend days in the future. The support for the weekends is often on the road, or while in LA often WFH or popping into the house as needed. We are looking for a flexible, entry level assistant who is excited to prove themselves, and is able to prioritize the client!

You will work closely with the 1st assistant to manage your boss’ life. This client has their own production company, and a dynamic busy life. While she is based in West LA, there are multiple homes and she travels. Day to day responsibilities will include heavy scheduling, emailing throughout the day, using Google Suite to manage various lists and projects, problem solve IT issues, gifting, letting in vendors to the home, ordering issues, research and be there to support as needed!

When you are based in LA, you’ll mostly work from the client’s home, and then you’ll also be on the road for domestic and international tours, speaking engagements and more. It would be great if you have experience on tour, on set and capturing photo to video content. Please have the ability to be on call and available 24 7 if needed.

We are looking for an assistant with at least 1-3 years of experience supporting a high profile entertainment individual, or talent agency desk experience! Please love dogs, have a valid US Passport, be extremely tech savvy, take direction well, enjoy working on a team, have excellent communication skills and be great at pivoting and prioritizing with every changing calendars and needs.
