Hey everyone, my name is Justin Arbabi - I'm a filmmaker based in Los Angeles and I am seeking an enthusiastic and organized Personal Assistant to support me in various tasks related to filmmaking, content creation, and studio management. This role provides not only hands-on experience and networking opportunities in the film industry but also access to studio space and equipment for personal and professional development. Responsibilities:
Help manage operations of film and content creation projects.
Support production and post-production for my projects.
Assist with social media management and other digital content platforms.
Maintain and organize studio equipment and space.
Occasionally assist with installations and setups within the studio space.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of filmmaking tools, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro.
Handy skills for setting up and installing studio equipment—a huge plus.
Passion for the film industry and eagerness to learn and grow.
Previous experience in a support role preferred but not mandatory.
